Some thoughts and comments for a few of the tanks I've bashed for. By no means is it complete. I'll add more as I think them up.
Moo
Unfortunately, Moo gets stuck with bashers like me, wannabees and neverwillbees (hehe...stole that from Lunger). He really needs players who have awesome tank alts to consistantly bash for him. I'm certain he'll improve when you get Ktulu, Nanji or a non-Kraky waving Pillar giving you tips.
Footie
It's too bad she hasn't played for a while. I don't know of any other elf rogue tanks. The overall exp per hour number is typically lower than others because she compensates from getting ex drunk/ex stuffed by killing everything in Burnham forest including fuzzies. I think it's a really smart way of playing. And it's fun bashing for her cuz skilling comes pretty quick when the opponent is lying down.
Bazhi
I think the primary requirement for bashing for the Baz is to be an Asian female. Well, I'm Chinese and I act like a giddy schoolgirl when I see him tanking so I guess I qualify. As much as Bazhi likes skills, he likes his exp even more. He'll never go all out and take risks but you'll never hear anyone complain.
Lanstro
I've only bashed for Lanstro twice. Both times were quite memorable. The first time, we were 25k short of breaking 800k in a 3-person party in one hour. The second time, we were 10k short of breaking 900k in a 3-person party in one hour. Slow is not in his vocabulary.
Rhynst
It's interesting to see how class makes a difference in playing style for the same player. Not as intense as Lanstro cuz part of his attention is on the welfare of Wombat Boy. The overall party numbers are still huge (1 million in 2 hrs for 4-person party) but the exp per person is less cuz the third basher is usually a cleric.
Palpatine
One of the most generous players in terms of sharing knowledge and time. Also gives a chance to no-name bashers. But he can be utterly merciless if you make a mistake that you should never make like selling bolas/boomers or getting lost on the way to Drak. Blame everything on Pillar if he's the other basher.
Olsentwins
You'll get the exp. You'll get the coinage. You'll get the skillage. But quite a lot of Olsen's focus when tanking is also on getting entertained on the pline. Some of the conversation can be a bit uncomfortable but psychotic antisocialites like all of us who play AA should be able to cope.
Valdora
As a protege of Lanstro, she's as fast as Lanstro. But with Lanstro, there's a sense of control. Val is in control about 95% of the time. That 5% recklessness combined with her usual talkative self makes her hella fun to bash for. (She's cute irl too ;D)
Acumen/Beergoggles/Druenarrii/Lancelittle/Sanitarium/Taita
Along with Palpatine, I think I've named most of the paladins on AA. They just happen to be among the best players in general so it's no surprise to see these names here. I grouped them all together cuz each of them usually focus on different alts.
Lunger
I recall overhearing while idling about some Bear bragging about their score session...something like 0 kills, 125k+. Well, my score session looks like that when I bash with someone decent. So if you're gonna buy supar-XP (which I think is awesome for Lunger to do), maybe you should learn something about playing the game in your one hour one-on-one session with a great player.
Funkyflea
I haven't had too many chances to bash for Funky. But at the end of the party, I'm usually up 500k exp and down 500k coins. I don't exactly have any use for those coins so lets spend it to make things dead quick. Whee!
Chun
Helllllloooooo Scythe! Who else misses that? If I knew then what I know now about bashing, it probably would have been more fun for this legend to drag me around.
