Ok so i am not chasing 1700 because that would be silly:) Just wanna be able to use all weps. Something i didnt consider is off hand strength, gonna need either +2 str or +1 str and 1 strongarm trait to wield osabres in off hand... Currently saving for a stat...either dex or str although i would very much like to to spend the points on racial hate, or more glut/drunk/hs/healthy.
Remaining trait slots in no particular order. Strength, Dex, Pure soul, strongarm...then theres three slots left. Considering weapon expert, dodger, medic and maybe even unnatural memory.....oh and archer..maybe.
Weapon expert ive pretty much wrtten off as its gonna make me wanna use one weapon skill more than others...Would prob be better off using that slot for say a racial hate if i want more damage.
Dodger I dont think im gonna take. Yea Chun has and he dodges sweet but he orc so has +1 dex on me to start with, plus he has a gazillion xp(+2 dex and dodger 3 i think). Dodging seems to be a convenient way to muck around and skill but doesnt suit my play style. I've tried a few times and i always crack the shits and get myself a radiant, switch to defend none and avoid all the inventory dramas. I seem to take about the same amount of damage.
Medic is a dark horse...never considered it before but for classes with pets it may be worth it? Or is that crazy talk, and i should just manage heals better? Currently i just graddam wolf once then kill it off and get another as I havnt bonded yet....but once i do...it could be worth it. Anyone have much experience with this trait? And unnatural memory well is in the same catergory as pure soul...prob should save a slot for it
Archer sounds good in theory but i have attepted the hunga/bow thing and it is nigh on impossible to loose off an arrow and a knife every round, strike every 2nd, use ur bolas and boomer, and somtimes a dart too. Yes you can do huge damage in a small period of time but its not sustainable.
At this stage the last three are looking like medic, unnatural memory and racial hate human unless any new info comes my way. Appreciate your thoughts or advice on anythin i may have missed
