What secret? I haven't advertised, but it's no big secret. This is what I do:
(1) login to AA, buy max potions, elixirs, and medicine, then log out. repeat 3-7 times.
(2) ~24 hrs after reboot, buy all necessary eq at shops.
(3) use (1) & (2) to kill everything in the mud. Specifically I kill any areas with at least a 9k and a 6k mob.
Depending on how much you care about lifetime exp efficiency, you don't have to stock up on heals beforehand nor do you have to wait 24 hrs after reboot for the shops to accumulate inventory, just kill for your eq.
This method allows to me use about 30-40 pots/elixirs/medicine per hour instead of the normal shanni limits per hour. It also means it takes me 2-3 minutes to suit up when I'm ready to kill instead of 15-20 minutes going around the mud to kill non-core monsters. As far as I know that's the only thing that separates me from the generic necro.
Do some math and you'll see what a big savings in character time all that is, but maybe not so much in real life time, since 7 logins just to get heals is over 5 hrs.

Makes sense.
Do you have a preferred eq setup or just sort of whatever you can find in the shops?
Also do you usually grab Yosra for your rev/lich?
You must just stock all the pots etc in a Scythe room and then slaughter stuff with all of that for an hour or so every reboot?

The only reason I am curious is because I finally got around to playing a necro a bit a few months ago and I couldn''t believe how easy it was to kill huge npcs, but the login kill and back out again strategy was the most appealing since I wouldn't have to worry too much about renewing my undead all of the time and I don't have much time to play any more in large chunks, but rather in smaller time increments aside from a little bit extra in the evenings.
