It would seem an Orc Mage will naturally make the best "battle-mage" what with Haste and all.
Also, I heard that an Orc Mage keeps his tusks trimmed down, or even has them removed, so that they can fit in better with their colleagues. Is this true? I guess it's so that they can articulate what they are trying to say better.
You'd have to be ever the patient one to make the better weapon-usage finally pay off. I don't believe anyone has done that to full extent with an Orc, yet.
I've also heard about some orcs really cleaning up, maybe with enhancement spells, but then being ridiculed for their race and uglified at school constantly, unable to keep up with dispelling because of the sheer mob-factor of it.
They really have it hard.

As it seems nowadays, orc mages, when considering the long-term goals of levels 30+, are the undisputed 'best' combat-oriented mages, hands down. Traits can really help shore-up the weaknesses of the orc; +10 sps for 10 trait points is a huge boost to the natural power of the orc. In addition, intelligence is probably the easiest stat to modify, considering the ease of spidermedallion and nightblue cloak to get, and the usefulness of the two. Best plan seems to be play as an orc alterer until high enough level to cast perm naturally out of school. Orc alterer can perm naturally at level 23(with Clear Minded trait), so hands down takes over the old spot of human as the most flexible.
