Pris, Can we post stuff about Flaw's area (What's the correct name for this area? ?)? Do you think enough time has passed because if so I've got a bunch of stuff that people might be interested in? If not, I won't post it!

Go for it. When I start a new area my attention span for the older areas tends to...ummm...change... I still like them and I'm excited when I find people enjoying them but by now the core group of people I tend to code for will have explored the pants off them. (Which is a good thing).
Yours, Pris

Here's some stuff that i've done so far. I have gotten the Damascene gear from the Lev18 and Lev19 corpses but don't have a log so didn't post it. Feel free to post any other Faden undeads you see around and any other armour/weapon evals...
Some banded mail greaves. You carefully examine some banded mail greaves. You think it will provide splendid protection for your legs. This armour looks like it would be more effective against slashing attacks, and less effective against piercing attacks. ===================== From her closet: You carefully examine a linen chemise. You think it will provide very poor protection for your body. This armour looks like it would be more effective against slashing attacks, and less effective against crushing attacks. ===================== From Flaw's Desk: You carefully examine the goose quill.
It looks like an extremely easy weapon to use. Compared to other weapons of similar difficulty this one looks like it would do an average amount of damage. This weapon looks very poor for parrying.
This would be a poor exotic weapon for you to use. =====================
Flaw: You carefully examine a falcon (hooded), but it does not seem to be a weapon or armour. ===================== You carefully examine a pair of black leather leggings. You think it will provide poor protection for your legs. This armour looks like it would be more effective against slashing attacks, and less effective against crushing attacks. ===================== You carefully examine a black leather vest. You think it will provide poor protection for your body. This armour looks like it would be more effective against slashing attacks, and less effective against crushing attacks. ===================== You carefully examine a scabbarded colichemarde, but it seems to be a magical artifact. ===================== You carefully examine the main gauche. (knife)
Some skill would be needed to use this weapon effectively. Compared to other weapons of similar difficulty this one looks like it would do an average amount of damage. This weapon looks very good for parrying. =====================
A faden inquisitor. (Level 17 summon (Phantom corpse))
You carefully examine a platemail helm. You think it will provide fine protection for your head. This armour looks like it would be more effective against crushing attacks, and less effective against piercing attacks. ===================== A faden magus. (Level 16 summon from demonic priest/flaw/glamis/ruell brakken)
You carefully examine a banded mail breastplate. You think it will provide adequate protection for your body. This armour looks like it would be more effective against slashing attacks, and less effective against piercing attacks.
=====================
You carefully examine the elemental orb. (exotic)
This looks like a pretty good weapon. This weapon looks like it would be fairly damaging. It looks fine for parrying.
This is a small orb that fits comfortably in the palm of your hand. When wielded it floats slightly above your palm and inflicts devastating elemental attacks on your opponent. Looking at the orb it appears to contain a myriad of colours constantly shifting around under its surface. It looks heavy. =====================
===================== A faden night priest. (Level 15 summon of Diam)
You carefully examine a splintmail helm. You think it will provide adequate protection for your head. This armour looks like it would be more effective against crushing attacks, and less effective against piercing attacks. ===================== A faden night priest. (level 14 summon of Hyperies the Duke) level 15 prolly
You carefully examine a splintmail helm(weight 3). You think it will provide very good protection for your head. This armour looks like it would be more effective against crushing attacks, and less effective against piercing attacks. =====================
Level 14 summon needs to be done
===================== A faden devourer. (level 13 corpse of City Guard)
You carefully examine a studded leather shirt. You think it will provide poor protection for your body. This armour looks like it would be more effective against slashing attacks, and less effective against crushing attacks. =====================

browsing tinfang's site while WAITING FOREVER for thothamon's link.. anyways, here's an excerpt:
"THE RECKLESS USE OF WILL Don't be such a girl, USE FRIKKIN WILL! Find your exit, take as much damage as you can, hit will and slice and dice twice as long. When the warning comes, get the heck out of there. Its so simple, 1hp aint no thing, get over it wuss. To make sure I see the warning (very important), I've set up a trigger in Zmud to make me hollar something big enough to see like: say NNNNNNNNnnnnnnnn aaaaaaAAAAARRRRRGH!!!!! -works with the theme of being spent of your energy and also lets party members know you're about to collapse. I love will, its like nitro boost for the General Lee. And my Goodness!! -something to do with 170 spell points."
anyone else see something wrong with that?

Nahhhh... it's a GOOD thing to proudly admit on a public board that you use triggers to help yourself play AA. The wizzies like that. *nod*
Not to mention the 170 sps. How do you have that many sps when you're constantly disarming things? Oh, and waiting until you see the message before you flee the room. That's a GREAT idea. Because if you lag, and will runs out, you're pretty much dead. Unless the npc misses the next round, and your wimpy actually works... (Insert lone trumpet, slowly playing "Taps")
Not to say I don't use will, cuz I do... but rarely. And generally only when I'm in an area that's far away from heals, or I know I can't just leave and come back quick, like if there's guards to kill on the way in/out. And I only use it when all other heals are gone, and the npc is at least sw/ad... maybe hurt. *shrug*
It's not consistent enough for me to use as a regular part of playing... just for emergencies.

"when I'm afk" Shouldn't be afk bashing with me!! Back to Pris's area though. What corpse yields the banded mail of the ghost?
