3 people in the last 10 posts have more than 10 posts....... Several of the remaining 7, I believe, joined for the exclusive purpose of posting to this thread yesterday and will never be seen on proboards again. Until the next outage.

I've come to the conclusion that the problem lies with AA's host/service provider. From the tracert posted earlier: 13 sl-bb21-chi-3-0-0.sprintlink.net (144.232.20.102) 14 sl-gw31-chi-10-0.sprintlink.net (144.232.26.30) 15 sl-local-1-0.sprintlink.net (144.223.21.222) 16 anguish.org (208.20.1.214) and from sprintlinks naming conventions: www.sprint.net/index.php?module=faq/namingconventionsHop 13 is sprintlink backbone 21 in Chicago Hop 14 is sprintlink gateway 31 in Chicago Hop 15 is a customer router named "local". This is a router on the customer's premise on their end of their link to the SprintLink backbone. According to Sprintlink these routers on the customer end are not controlled and maintained by sprintlink but are usually owned and maintained by the customer. This router is named "local" after LocalLink, the hosting provider. As much as I would like to bash sprintlink this go round (Dec27/28) it appears to be a problem at or with the hosting provider. [Edit] Forgot to add that hop 14 is reachable while 15 is not.
