Alright any ideas which combo of weapons and armour would be the most spammy? Not to mention any little extra a player could bring with them to spam even more.

hehe. forgot about that...
Rogueboy leaps out of nowhere! Rogueboy thrusts his vorpal dagger into Opponent. Rogueboy stops wielding his vorpal dagger. Rogueboy wield a crossbow in his right hand. Opponent misses Rogueboy. The winds surround the Shroud of Gustando and do something spammy. WHOOooooooooooooooOOSH! A magical spammy thing appears on the spambow. Rogueboy penetrated Opponent's head. Rogueboy connects Opponent's shin with his steel-toed boots. Rogueboy's vorpal knife goes: Snicker-Snack! Rogueboy gores Opponent dreadfully with his vorpal dagger. Rogueboy's Bracers of Doing Nothing glow for no reason. Rogueboy chews happily on a piece of gum. Rogueboy pets his pet snake, and it slithers onto his arm. Rogueboy smokes his pipe spammily. Rogueboy's Armour of Gaius deflects a blow. A wound suddenly appears on Opponent! Glowing symbols appear on Rogueboy's Helm of Hanza absorbing some of the blow. Rogueboy starts molding a lump of clay.
I'd pk 'em.

Speaking of the heavy and spammy steel toed's, I seem to recal they do no actual damage, yes?

Steel-toed boots weigh 2. That's 1 more than te prefered expedition/black leather boots. Steel-toed eval adequate, when blessed they should be splendid, and after the glow disappears they should drop to fine. And, they do actually inflict damage. I know they do to players, at least. I used to use them in SK to shell out randomish 3-10 damage per kick.
