Ya know, you should work on being more vague about detail stuff. I mean, someone might actually read one of your notes, and *gasp* get some information out of it. And we can't have that, now can we? </sarcasm>
So basically, the "wizzies" fixed a few bugs, and made a new "item", not-to-be-named, and there's this "Charge" thing, that you're not sure what it does, but it's really cool!!! Oh, and for the real (only) newsflash!!! You can now give a name to your warhorse!! w00t w00t w00t!! (two words... ranger wannabes..)
and I gotta wonder, if you can actually name your warhorse... I got a few questions. Number 1, how many horses are gonna be named "Silver" and "black beauty", or "Fury"... or "Victor" *ya know, the Lone Ranger's Nephew's horse.... come on, didn't ya watch a Christmas Story??*, and since the horse you call is different every time, based on your lvl and allignment... what if you call a mare every time, but you really wanted to name your horse "Chuck"...

New Item is a Tabard.. Seems similar to a coat of arms in that you can design your coat depicting a battle scene with your colors.
Naming horse is just a nicety that allows Paladins to feel more bonded with their horse. Since very few people before even used theirs.
Charge is the paladin's unique way of initiating battle similar to stab for a rogue in that you get a rushing attack on an unwary opponent. You can only charge certain races and the damage/success depends on you polearm/spear skill and which weapon you are using.

Do many paladins use spear, even? Do any other classes?
-Aurac mumbles something about a project.

I think you meant to say " Do ANY paladins use spear..." And that would be a resounding "NO"... unless they were just raising it to raise it, or they knew about the new pally changes from the testmud and beefed up the spear skill to be ready for it.

Hopefully if I get my area approved anytime this year, I'll have a spear and a shield in the game. I like the shield. I really do.

Rangers use spears... or at least my ranger does... it raises pretty good, but there is only one really good spear now (and its not that great + its hard to get to)
J <--- is looking forward to another spear

Mine shouldn't be too hard to get to, and it's hand and a half (wieldable in either one or both hands). But who knows when the area will be implemented.

i personally don't use spear ... it's hoplessly slow raising (for a paladin)...plus no point when u could just grab a ls ...though...with all this talk about spears ..... meh just my input... like though shield idear though
