I don't know if relaxed mind is same for every class and race or not, but... I logged an orc ranger with no traits and an orc shifter with 2 tiers of relaxed mind to see what I could learn about that trait. They have the same stats.
I typed "dotimes 100 sc" and watched the spam to see how many sps I would recover every cycle - standing up and without any heals or being drunk or anything like that.
On the trait-less ranger, the result was 1 spell point per cycle, on the shifter (as orc and not in form) it was 4 sps per cycle. Though I did get one cycle with only 2 sps on the shifter. *shrug*

ok, my spin on this.
fighter bashing traits hmm. Well chainstaff is the god of all weapons, and requires high staff/two weapon to use with any decency. so, id do exotic/2w, club, staff and maybe axe cuz butterfly wing axes from quenlar are fsick too
relaxed mine is a great treat for just about everyone, even a fighter. once you get level 27ish, with a high skill you can fury to great effect and with RM trait, it saves a lot on sps. race hates are good as well, as are packmule. depending on race, might consider skill focus 2w just to get it faster, i did with orc fighter and still only hit 79 2w after 5m.
WE i would say hold off on, pick a skill you like, and maybe put it in that. maybe. but definetly RM, race hates, and packmule

... I think there's a recent post on mages board by Cosm about dodger, he figured out drinking and posted through his website so you can use that info to crack drunkard. ... Yes, Cosm's "Alcoholic Almanach" (or called something similar) is really great The "Drunkard Trait" gives you the possibility to drink two more mugs of ale (used as smallest unit) for each level taken - initial cost 3 trait points. Neglecting this trait your "drunkard capability" depends only on con and level. E.g. an orc fighter, lvl 20 (21) has the capability of drinking 27 (28) mugs of ale at once; a dwarven cleric, lvl 24 has one of 27 (I strongly advocate an inherent bonus for dwarves here ;D ). I just don't want to give out the exact formula as I don't know if the coder likes it to be given out and will change it in the following. *shrug* Comparing these numbers with "Packmule" (gives +1 carrying capability(cc) each, initial cost 4 trait points, lvl 24 dwarven cleric has cc of 40) I'd favor a +2 increase in cc for each level of "Packmule" taken.

Well I wanted to be the least noobish of the noobs on this board. So instead of updating every 20 minutes, I waited a month and a half.
My brother and I are now level 20/21.
On a normal log in, we simply hit the shops, I buy a crescent or wicked axe, 2 nice containers, healing meds, and then we get him pipe/gold smokes.
After that we party up and hit our kill route in progress. We are slowly adding one whole new area about each week. For now, it consists of:
Fairy Ring (Dragon/Queen) Fub's Fortress (Everything) Orc Mountain (Everything) Windmill (Everything) Underground Forest (Everything) Then repeat.
We only average 115K/hr... Is that normal? at least for these areas? Or do we have a great deal of room for improvement? I'm trying to get a realistic feel for these areas and what the more expereince players can get out of them and at what speed. That way I can work to improve them, before we keep adding new ones.
Currently the Shifter/Fighter build is really great on $$. We average 30-50k gold profit for 1-2 hours. And we leave a fair amount of loot behind to save time for exp instead.
2-H Axe is at 98, (and stuck) and his Unarmed is 87 with Brawl 10.
Oh, He's currently Drakon 4 atm. So I'm hoping 5 will help our dilemma. I've read every shifter post on this board, and the general consensus seems to be that level 5 is 2x as good as level 4... so I'm hoping that's true.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks everyone.

For relatively safe areas, you could add:
Elven Fortress (with zorgon/hermit), Asyvan's Temple (with Bonebreaker/holocaust spirit), Kresh Blor's Caverns and Nepeth.

You're averaging 115k/hr each or total?

115k/hr Total. Which is why I'm concerned. Traits accumulate real slow at this rate...

Yeah you guys should be able to do a lot better then that with your skills. Drakon 5 will help quite a bit but there are surely some pretty significant ways to improve that you're missing out on.
I'm not sure I can offer specifics without having partied with you.

Any party's kill route that does not consist of Drak is wrong.

I wouldn't necessarily want to run around Drak the second time around if I were newbies like these two are right now. Maybe get comfortable with basic areas before you start the in on the aggro areas.

Fairy Ring (Dragon/Queen) Fub's Fortress (Everything) Orc Mountain (Everything) Windmill (Everything) Underground Forest (Everything) Then repeat. Depending on how new yall are, that isn't half bad. I second the Drakhiya tip. Yes, you'll have a few heart attacks, but you've got a chance to be imprisoned instead of dying. I'll also suggest not killing everything in those areas. Some things there aren't high enough exp to be "worth it" for the time it takes to kill them. Since yall are still learning the ropes and different areas, they may be ok for your needs as time sinks to lose some drunk/stuffed. Add the orc capt/lieut/chieftain in dalair to your route as well. Decent cash, and is a good pitstop to sell. Lastly, the best way to increase your exp/hr is to increase your efficiency at movement and non-combat related activities. ie: Buying heals, looting corpses, selling, etc. Make aliases for everything, and I mean everything. Climbing, selling, taking from corpse, taking from pack, smokes, drinking, eating, buying heals, meditating, whatever.
