dear mr the abyss,
i have never been, am not, and will never ever be a yankee. yankees are worthless.
oh, i'm a good ol' rebel, and thats just what i am. and for this yankee nation, i do not give a damn. i'm glad i fought against her, i only wish we'd won. i aint askin any pardon for anything i've done.
i hates the yankee nation, and everything they do. i hates the declaration of independence too. i hates the glorious union, 'tis drippin with our blood. i hates the striped banner, and fought it all i could.
i rode with robert e. lee for three years thereabout. i got wounded in four places, and i starved at point lookout. i caught the rheumatism a'campin in the snow. but i killed a chance of yankees and i'd like to kill some more.
three hundred thousand yankees are stiff in southern dust. we got three hundred thousand before they conquered us! they died of southern fever, and southern steel and shot. i wish they were three million, instead of what we got.
i can't take up my musket and fight 'em now no more. but i aint gonna love em, now that is certain sure. and i don't want no pardon for what i was and am. i won't be reconstructed and i do not give a damn.

I've always pictured Lunger as a southern prep. Kinda like those Tennessee assholes that come to the beach here and trash everything. But then, I've never met Lunger or seen anything other than the text he writes, so I'm sure I'm wrong. =)~
I was a military brat, so I'm not a southerner or yankee.

*recoil* tennessee? fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck dude. i'd never go to florida for the beaches. why go there when i can go to grand isle? wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better fishing and less yankees/retired persons clogging up the beaches. 99.9% coonass. its my own personal little paradise.

Bah Lunger's a real softie ;-)
But then, it might have just been the beers and that fucking 64 oz frozen thing we got on Bourbon St... I don't even know what the hell it was... but I felt it for a few days
Anyhoo he's a bayou boy... ala Waterboy style ;-)

My roommates went to Nawlins last week and went to Six Flags and Bourbon Street. If you're curious, Lung, I'll post pics. But only if you're curious. Too much work to do it for no reason. Tempest is losing his English from living with foreigners for too long!

64 oz hurricane OTMFS! i sucked on that thing on my whole 45 min drive home and got home blasted. i remember when you chucked it and i was like "wtf thats 55 oz of alchohol left!" but the company covered it then we ran into my stripper cousin. fun times.

That fucking thing tasted like ass, blech! Give me three-for-one heinekens at happy hour any day :-P
We should do that again (though I doubt if I can convince the company to blow another wad on a trip down there, since Hibernia got bought and all...)
American Airlines is boasting $198 fares Boston to NOLA hmm.....
